To stop domestic violence and other assaults on a woman's dignity, women, we all need to be part of the solution. Helping a friend who is being abused or has a mental disorder, speaking up about abuse, educating yourself and others, and supporting Mindz of Women are all examples of things we can do to help.

We need advocates to share the message. Simply keeping the issues in front of others goes a long way towards helping us fulfill our mission.
​
You can get involved by becoming an ambassador and hosting an informational session - which takes the message to the streets, or you can make a donation to help us serve women better. Both are needed!
JOIN OUR EFFORTS
We perform our work by going into churches, schools, nonprofit organizations and community centers and educating people in anger management and conflict resolution in order to help prevent crime, abuse and violence.

We come to you! When we do, we provide support groups, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one trainings.
